How to Make a Healthy Protein Shake
You know there is many times that I wake up in the morning and I have enough time to make breakfast and for me spinach and eggs is the best option. But when I'm not able to do that, I will actually get out my blender and I will make a protein shake. A really good protein shake. A really good high quality protein powder is really needed. I would actually consult either your health and wellness consultant or somebody who is educated in this area to be able to push you in the right direction. But I add in my protein powder, I also add in some kind of greens because it's very important for you to get your vegetables and if you're not getting your vegetables then you need the nutrients to get through to your next meal or your next snack. So I add in a couple scoops of that. And then I also use a coffee supplement. You know in the mornings I run a little bit late, I'm a little bit tired, I definitely need enough energy to get through. So I put that in there. If you have a really good protein supplement you can actually just add in water and it should taste really well. Now don't have all those extra calories, you have a good high quality protein shake with a lot of really good nutrients. The blender, this blender is great because I just pop it on, stick it on here, blend. Take it off, shake it up a little bit. And here's breakfast all ready to go. It took me what two minutes? And I have something that is really nutritious and it's really going to work for me.
