Guitar Finger Exercises

So the gist of this finger exercise is that you're trying to leave your fingers attached to the notes they play for as long as possible. So if you're coming up, you want to leave your pinky down on that G Sharp while you play your B Flat with your index finger. This exercise takes a long time, but it's useful to get a metronome started, find a very slow clip and do it all the way up and back down the neck.
