On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make papas rellenas. I just placed one potato in there, one papa rellena but you can place many in there like about 4 if you have a large enough pot or a large enough frying pan where it is like really big. I went ahead and put this bowl out with some paper towels because I want to drain my papa rellenas so it is not oily when I'm serving it on my serving dish. So have this on the side and make sure you have something delicate to move your papa rellena. You don't want to have anything that is going to indent it. I hear it boiling you see, I hear it frying. You see how it is not coming apart but it is frying up now. You want to move it around a bit. It is sizzling it is a little brown, I turned it over so it continues to fry. It does not take too long because everything is already in there precooked. You just want to brown that outside so you don't want to over do it okay. You are just going to move it a little bit and keep it rolling.
