On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make papas rellenas. Actually papas rellenas are wonderful appetizers and when you have a big party going on you want to make them smaller. So this is a small version of the potato. Just put a little less potato in your hand and a little less meat. Again don't over power it just put a drop of meat in there and not to much and you are going to go ahead and fold it. But like I said it has to be small so that way it doesn't, people can eat it from a bite size to a bite size. So you go ahead and do that there it is very tiny. I'm going to put a little bit more potato over here. We are going to put it in our hands and this size if you want, if you want little bite size of potato. It is harder to make them a little smaller it is harder. But you would master it after a while so you just go ahead and do this and I'm just going to place a little bit more potato on this side here. Spin it and put it on here and see it is very tinnie. My mom makes even smaller then this when we have guest. I don't know how she does it but she does it. Here you go and just place it in there very little. Because of the meat you have to put a little bit like half a teaspoon of meat in there. Don't put to much cause then it is way to much and then you will not be able to work with it. So there you have 3 sizes of the papa rellena.
