Preparing Meat For Papas Rellenas

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make papas rellenas. Before we start talking about the kind of beef that we need for papas rellenas, now you can make your papas rellenas with just beef alone. I prefer to make my picado which is I make this with of pork and beef. So you have to grind it up or like I said, you can buy it already ground and you can actually place it together. Now I do with this is because it is already in this container that I'm about to show you. Is I took a blender like this and it has a front part where you grind the meat. I put together the pork and the beef and I actually grind it together in a bowl. I also added my onion and my pepper then. The onion and pepper is already in this. So a ground piece of onion, pepper, beef and the pork. Use a whole onion for about a pound a beef and use a pepper for it to.
