This is Nikolai Pankratz with American Resource Network for Expert Village. We are talking setting up the office for international trade or business. Now that the person in Russia and I have recored everything we have communicated. We have looked at the contracts. All this time your in real time. You are on the phone talking to this person while your computers are linked completely. And you have agreed on everything. Now suddenly, months later, you want to go back and you want to review what you recorded. You just simply forgot. You forgot what contract or you forgot whatever. You just very simply click on that. You usually give it a name. Click on that and it pulls on up. As you can see I am not touching anything. Right there it plays back everything. Well I turned the monitors off because there is a feed back because we are too close to each other. But in reality you can hear his voice and everything coming through your speakers. Basically you are going back in time and reviewing everything you guys have done up to this point. And the agreements or changes to the contract you have made, or the diagrams. That's the beauty about it. Now let's say for example you finished discussing everything. Now remember that your little program is still up here. He says "hey pop it over to me I will sign that contract". So you take your contract over here and drag it into Skype. He sees on the screen that I am sending him over the contract. Again all of that is real time. Which is a beauty? And they say save it. Accept. Asking where to put the contract. Desktop is fine. You choose a contract and here comes the contract.
