How to Properly Handle a Reciprocating Saw

You will know how much pressure to apply because you are getting use to the feel of the cut. A lot depends on the type of material you are cutting also. You want to grab the rubber end only. You want to stay away from this bottom section because it will tend to get a bit warm and with your right hand, we always use our third finger for our trigger and our little finger to push the button in. So when cutting, apply straight down and hold your arms straight and use your right hand to guide it. Sometimes you will have to go back and forth to get your cut but you never want to move your left arm. Your arm stays straight and your right arm goes back and forth.
