Learn What to Do if Your Portable Work Light Won't Work

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, I'll be troubleshooting our work light. My first problem is that only one of my lamps lights up when they're both in the on position. To troubleshoot this problem we'll want to loosen up that center screw located in the back of our lamp. Fold down that grill and double check that our lamp is making a good connection inside of our lamp head. Now we are ready to test it and it looks like that solved the problem, so both of our lights work now. Next I'm having the same problem where only one of my lights work even though they're both on the on position. To solve this problem you want to take a real close look at the filament inside the lamp bulb; it looks like this one might be damaged; that filament inside, so what we need to do is replace this lamp.
