Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, I'll be talking about maintenance and cleaning of your work light. Now first off, a typical work light will require very little maintenance. This makes it a great product, it's very durable and it lasts a long time. However you do want to clean the lens, lamp head, lamp stand and the end tripod parts regularly. The best method for this is to get a damp clean rag with a non-abrasive cleaner and wipe the tripod, the tripod head every part of it just to make sure and clean it. Keep any debris off of it. On the lens, you want to remove the grill and clean the lens. This is going to help make sure your lights stays very bright. If this gets covered with dirt your light will seem dim. Lastly, want to check the cord for any cracks, breaks, wears or tears. The cord is the life line of your tool and you want to make sure it's in the best condition possible.
