Ingredients for Funnel Cakes

Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village. If you're short on time and you still want to make a nice fried Chanukah treat, I found this great recipe for funnel cake. It's not traditionally a Chanukah dessert but it is a frying treat and it?s really quick and easy to make. These are the ingredients you'll need. We'll be using 1 and 1/4 cup of flour, a 1/4 cup of sugar, a tablespoon of baking powder, a half of teaspoon of salt, a half of teaspoon of vanilla, a 1/2 of cup of water, a 1/2 of cup of milk or soy milk and 1 egg. It's a really easy recipe, we're going to put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix it up smooth. The only piece of equipment, special equipment that you'll need is a funnel. You'll see how fun this is. The kids love it, everybody loves this and its quick and easy. So lets get started.
