How Will the 2009 Digital Switch Affect Your Home Theater?

Hello, Reggie Hayes here, with Expert Village. It's been a long day hooking up all this home theater stuff, but it's been a lot of fun. It's really rewarding whenever you can hook all this up, get it all integrated together, and it's all working properly, and, it's all good, it's really good. What I want to talk to you lastly about is the future of home theater systems. As most people know, in 2009 they're going to switch off of the air, the broadcasting, which is your major networks, anything that goes over the airwaves, they're going to cut that off, and flip it over to digital. Right now, if you use analog signals to receive your TV signals, you only get a few channels that way; you will need to get a digital box later on. But don't run out and buy one just yet. Wait for things to settle down. This is, sort of a, implemented from the FCC, and like I say just calm down about all that, but if you do buy a TV in the near future, make that sure it's going to be digital ready. Most of them will be. Anyway, now it's time to really sit back, grab your popcorn over here, and enjoy the show!
