Hi, I am Katie Bowers with Expert Village and we are doing some kick boxing move combinations. And how I am going to begin here is start going in opposition with my shoulders, jab, and knee. So jab, knee, jab, knee. Now with these jabs you do not want it to feel kind of real bicky where people start just being very bouncy when they jab. But it is hip shifting forward so you got to feel this in your hip flexors and make sure these are nicely warmed up. Jab, jab, knee, jab, knee. And then I am going to go into a jab upper, jab upper, jab, up, jab, up. So jab, upper cut, knee. Jab, upper, jab, up. Okay, so jab, up, jab, up. Now I am going to do a side push kick. Side push left, side push right, jab, up, jab, up, jab, up, jab, up, side push, side push. Jab, up, jab, up, side push, side push.
