Making Chocolate Frosting for Yule Log Dessert Recipe

Hi, my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to make the chocolate frosting for the outside of our yule log. Mix with a low flame and a sauce pan; we are going to melt our chocolate and our butter. Add the butter let it begin to melt and then we add our chocolate. Once the butter is melted, go ahead and add the chocolate. It is now melted I'm going to remove it from the heat. At this point we are going to add a quarter cup of powder sugar, our 1/4 cup of milk and either vanilla, a 1/4 ounce of vanilla or peppermint is what I'm using and mix that together. Add another 1/4 cup of powder sugar and we would end up with a cup and a half of powder sugar.
