On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. I'm going to cut up some green onions like that and I'm going to take this off for a minute and I'm going to cook it. So put some this in there to the end part of it, I'm going to throw in there in my pot. I'm going to take my ginger and I'm going to cut up a nice piece of ginger. It is stringy put it is delicious, this is nice fresh ginger as you see to cause it is light. See that nice light ginger. Ginger old it looks a little bit more yellow and you don't want that. Now don't use to much ginger you don't want to over power the dish with ginger you just want a little bit of ginger not much. So about that much would be fine. Don't over power the dish. Kind of cut it up really fine like that, as I recall a half a tablespoon of ginger that is all you want. Just a little 1/2 of a tablespoon of ginger really finally chopped like that. It is very important.
