Ingredients for Curry Chicken

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizabeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. We would be using onions, green pepper, green onion, a little bit of ginger, I would be a Scotch Bonnet pepper just a little bit I don't want it to be to spicy. Thyme which looks like this and I'm going to be using the fresh thyme. We also have dry thyme if you don't have fresh thyme you can use dry thyme which works just as well. This is also from Jamaica which is wonderful, when it dries up it looks something like this and this could really be used. It does not matter. It is thyme and it from Jamaica this one here. But you can get it anywhere.
