Cook Bacon for Spicy Chili

Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. While your ground beef is browning. I didn't tell you before, but you're going to need a frying pan to make this bacon up in. You don't want that grease in there. I didn't talk about that earlier. I like to cut my bacon in half. It's just easier to cook in the pan. You can cook your bacon in the microwave on high. You can put in a paper towels and it'll cook there as well. Let's go over to the frying pan. We got a flame on our frying pan. Just individually, add your bacon. You're going to get them nice and crispy. Bacon is going to give this a lot of nice flavor too. All the different flavors of chili is what you want. You don't want it be over powering. A lot of people make their chili so hot and you can't just taste all the other stuff. There are hints of everything, believe me, it's a much better chili. Like I said, I've been experimenting with this chili over the years, and I found some stuff that worked and didn't You do the same. Come back. We're going to have our bacon done and we're going to have our ground beef browned. We're going to start adding our red beans, our black beans, and our kidney beans to this.
