This is Jeff Wilkins for Expert Village. Now hold the wire with your right hand, tie off with the left. We'll make about three, maybe four tight turns. Now fold the wire back. I like to uh, wrap at the front and kind of clean the head area up a little bit. We're going to get rid of the wire and also the Hackle stem. And the tip of the Hackle back here at the back that was left when we finished wrapping the feather. So, go ahead and trim that out. And now we're ready to Whip Finish. And the final step is to clean up the eye. Any little fibers that are sticking out. And then put a drop of Head Cement. And there we have it, the Woolly Bugger.
