Let's take a look at this comic book, that I love, but let's take a look at the condition. Now probably if I was going to look this one up, which I haven't recently, but this one probably in mint condition would be worth 25 or 30 dollars, I'm just guessing, but that's probably pretty close to what it is. But this one will not be worth close to that because it has some damage. This is what they call the spine and if you look at it right here, we can see that it has in the vernacular, of the comic book trade, a curl, this would be called the spine curl. That means because when somebody laid it down, they laid it down and you can see how it was curved, so these edges were exposed because it was on a curve, which means it has a curled spine. The other problem with this, magazine is, it's this is a train wreck waiting to happen basically, this magazine here, has got a lot of damage on the corners, you can see chipping, tearing, you can see that there is kind of a lack of gloss, on the cover, what we look for in a comic book is bright, shiny, glossy cover. We open up the pages, inside we see some browning, which is from age and a lot of that can't be avoided, and it's hard to find them without a little bit of browning, but then, here we see some tears in the spine. But, the next thing we check for, and we are looking pretty good here, the next thing we check for to see if it's complete. A lot of times you buy a comic book, you may invest a little money, cause your fond of it, you like it, but you buy the comic book and you won't check and guess what? There will be page missing, I don't think there is in this one. No, but this one is not missing a page, but, as you can see there is a lot of browning and here you see some tears. You also can learn in these magazines, how to gain up to 50 pounds of mighty muscles and you do that by exercising and doing the American Body Building, this is before Steroids. So, this guy actually did this on his own. Which is pretty amazing, so remember that a young man reading this comic book is probably 12, is wanting to look like that, so that's kind of strange when you think about it. But this is oh, a Bebe gun a Daisy Bebe gun, this is a whole other wonderful collectible. But those are the kinds of things, So I am going to say this is barely in good condition, cause I am a conservative grader, which brings this comic book down to probably 5 dollars.
