We are about to break down some moves and we are going to break down the top rock with the heel toe. So we are in the stance so we are going to walk hip hop Ec with your right leg. Right and then twist. So we are going to try that from the beginning 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4, down stance, walk, twist. So on that twist part let's go back to that twist part. What we are going to do is step back with our right leg. Back, the left leg goes forward and we are going to do a twist position again. Boom just like that. So we are going to go to the 5 count, we are going to go to the stance, we are going to go into our heel toe. So check it out 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5, walk, twist, back, walk, back, twist.
