I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a bold and blue makeup look. Now that we have applied our lighter shade of blue all over from lash to brow, we're going to take a slightly darker shade of blue on our bulleted crease brush. We're going to blend this in the crease and on the outer corner. Windshield wiper motion through the crease will blend the shadow for you. If you're confused about where your crease is, your crease is the natural indentation underneath the brow bone. Just by doing that, it defines the contour of the eye. Again, light windshield wiper motion on the outer corner. Just keep going back and forth until you blend your shadow the way you want it. A trick to good eye makeup is blending. You should be able to use a lot of different colors on the eye and not be able to tell where one ends and one begins. It's all in blending and having good brushes. That's working the darker color through the crease.
