How to Use the Audio Editor in Logic Pro 8

Now, I'm going to show you a few different ways of using the audio editor. What I'm going to do first is I'm going to bring in an audio file that I had from before. Maybe actually I'm going to load one up. Just, got to do that. Make sure I bring original one from my libraries. Go here. So, I'm gong to bring that into my audio bin. I'm going to import that into my file. I just drag it into my arrange window. Once it's in my arrange window I can actually edit the file, making sure that I put this onto an audio track. Let me make sure I made, make an audio track. Make sure I, it's stereo. I'm going to put my track right on there. Double click it and it should show up right here. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go into here and just kind of look at my track. Maybe go, go over right here. So, I can do different things by highlighting this. These parts. I can do a bunch of different things within the top bar menu. I can do a lot of time pitching things within the time pitch machine. Different things like that. I could also do groove machine, audio energizer, silence. Audio energize you can energize certain tracks, things like that just to make it louder without adding all that hiss noise. It kind of really focuses on the harmonics of the sound, things like that.
