Cutting Your Chocolate Oatmeal Bars

Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now, you can see our oatmeal bars ready. You can see from the side, you've got golden brown. That's an indication to know that it's ready. Now, we're going to cut it with this bar. We have to wait for it to cool off. If you cut it when it's still warm, it's not going to stay together. Wait for it to cool. I'm going to cut it up. You can see I'm not cutting it straight to make it prettier look. Little diamond shape. You don't have to use a sharp knife. I'm using a regular kitchen knife. It basically does its cutting by pressing and doesn’t need a sharp knife for it. I'm going to turn it and cut it again. In a minute I'm going to show you.
