Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. For our oatmeal fudge bars, we're going to need 3 cups of oats, 2 cups of dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a cup of wheat germ, one cup of whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup of oil, 2 eggs, half a cup of grounded flax seed, one teaspoon of baking soda, one tablespoon for mixing, 2 bowls, a pan, baking sheet, and a measuring spoon. Then for our fudge, which we're going to put in the middle, we're going to need 200 grams, which are 7 ounces of chocolate bar, 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil, 3/4 cup of walnuts, 2/3 cups of orange juice or apple juice if you want, a pot, and a tablespoon to mix it on the fire.
