Yoga Backbend Stretches & Exercises to Increase Flexibility

Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you the yoga back bend. This is definitely a more difficult stretch but you want to have already stretched out your back for a couple of months probably. What you want to do get in a sturdy position are on a hard surface rather than a floor mat because you are likely for the mat to slip. There is more traction on the carpet. Have good posture and then slowly reach back and turn into a bridge. You don’t want to hold the stretch for too long because you risk a blood rush but you will that your back is extremely flexible after being able to do that stretch.
