Hi! I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you some tips and techniques that I use on bathing my horse. Some of the supplies that you will need when bathing your horse is first of all, you will have to have some type of wash rack area such as this which is a concrete area where you can tie your horse. There's a hose there. It makes it easier and safer to give your horse a bath or just make sure that you have a really nice safe area that you can tie your horse and where there is nothing that your horse can run into. Also, you want to have a nice bucket such as this. Some shampoo and a scrubbing mitt. These work really well for bathing your horse and getting all the oil out of your horse's coat. You will also want a sweat scraper to scrape off any excess water and soap. A conditioner for your horse's tail, a coat conditioner, a tail brush and a finishing brush. These are the supplies that you will want to use when bathing your horse.
