Make Cinnamon Mandel Bread
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now what we are going to do is we are going to divide this dough into 3. I'm going to put some of it here, and divide it that would be for each filling so it would have it's own space. Actually this one I'm going to put on the baking sheet. What I'm going to do know is I'm going to roll it very soft dough. I'm going to roll it and actually sprinkle the brown sugar with the cinnamon and I'm just going to roll it back and forth over the sugar and cinnamon. I have here about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon with a tablespoon of brown sugar. This is the first one and we are going to put it in here.
