How to Ride a Horse for Exercise

I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that I use to basic horse care. Another great way to get your horse to exercise it of course to get on and ride it. Just have it ride it around, trot it around and lope it around and that would get your horse moving the way that it needs to move and get your horse to exercise its knees. It would help build up muscle tones and just gets your horses circulation flowing. Also horses really enjoy getting ridden. So just getting your horse out, getting some exercise on a daily basis would be really beneficial for your horse and also a enjoyment for you and most people purchase horses to ride. So riding could be a really great and enjoyable way for you and your horse to enjoy each other and for your horse to get some really beneficial exercise.
