Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'll be adding the celery and the mushrooms to the onion and garlic mixture. I'll start by adding the celery into the mixture here mixing it in. You can see as well the onions have a pretty translucent look to them already which means they are getting nice and soft. Next I'll add in the mushrooms 1 1/2 pounds of mushrooms here and I'll just mix that in as well. From here I'm going to add no more than a 1/2 of cup so I have a half of cup of water but you want to make sure you don't add more than half of a cup. This will help prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan as well it will create a nice broth. We'll cover and simmer the mixture now for 8-10 minutes.
