Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this cli, I'll be juicing the lemon. So to choose a lemon, I'm going to make sure the skin is smooth and bright yellow with no green spots on it. The lemon should have a nice aromatic smell as well. I'll just start here by cutting the lemon lengthwise which will provide us with a little bit more of an area to juice from. So I'll need about 3 or 4 tablespoons of lemon juice which comes to more about a 1/4 of a cup. Lemons are really yummy and high in vitamin C a good sour flavor and it can bring out flavors in food that you are cooking with. Just to make sure after you juice the lemon you take out the seeds.
