How to Play Croquet Strategically

Alright, in this segment, I'm going to talk to you about strategy. Now there's a different way to go about each different game and each different wicket but this one is real simple. Being the black player, I've got one shot to hit over there to either try to go through that wicket and get my bonus shot to continue on or try to set myself up over there so that my next shot will go through that wicket and I can continue. Keep in mind, with strategy, is not only am I going to try to get my ball over there so I've got a second shot to go through but I've also got to worry about blue ball back here coming and hitting my ball and getting that extra shot to go through that wicket. So my strategy is going to be hitting the ball a little bit farther back this way so that if he has to go that way and he misses, he's way out of bounds. More than likely, he'll want to try to go for the wicket and go forward so the strategy here for me is to go a little bit outside and that way I can go through the wicket that way. And it's done like this.
