How to Play Croquet
Alright in this segment we're really starting to play the game and this is where it gets really cool. Because now its reds turn, blue has finished his turn and he's sitting up there by the second wicket. So what's cool is the red ball can, or the red player can think about this. He wants to hit it through the first wicket so he's got another shot, but if he plays it right he could actually with a strategy he could actually hit it through the first wicket, hit the blue ball on the second and hopefully bounce through that second wicket. If he does that, that means he's got three strokes to go to the next wicket, meaning one point for the first wicket, one point for hitting the ball and one point for going through the wicket. Let's see if I can do this. Got it! Now check this out, I've got 3 shots to get to my next wicket. But I've also, the blue ball there, I've also knocked him out of the way. So after black and yellow go, the blue ball actually has to take a stroke coming back here and then go through. But he may have several opportunities because if another ball comes through and messes up, he may have another ball here to work with. It's really cool and a lot of fun once you start playing the game.
