Combining Moves in Breakdancing: Free Online Dance Lessons

Hi! This is Lady Jules on behalf of expertvillage.com and now we are going to take all these lessons we are going to try to put a combination together. This kind can be an overwhelming task but you can take it step by step it can be very easy. So we are going to start with the most basic lessons. So you want to take your basic top rock, a basic shuffle and your basic six step and you want to combine that together. So you are going to start with the basic top rock together up together we will go to our zigzag down, zigzag down we can do a shuffle here so I am going to jump out do a back shuffle back shuffle run one, two, three jump out and I am going to do a cannon ball freeze and I’m going to reach over and I’m going to end this in a baby freeze. This is a very, very simple combination using some of the lessons that I have given you. So again it looks like this you are going to do a basic one, two zigzag down zigzag down jump out do a shuffle one, two, three jump out cannon ball reach over baby freeze and that is one way to approach a combination. Another way to approach these combinations is to take all these moves and write them down on a piece of paper from top rocks to go down moves, forward moves and freeze and what you can do is you can pick one top rock move one or two different ways to get to the ground, a couple forward moves and then the baby freeze and you can make a couple of combinations that way if you make a list and then you just pick what moves you want to do and then you make up your own combinations that way. So very easy approach to fitting it all together.
