Hi! This is Lady Jules once again on behalf of expertvillage.com and I’m going to teach you a go down called a corkscrew. This is a really fun move, little bit more advanced but very fun so what you are going to do is you are going to jump to your right foot and you are going to put your right foot right in the center so I am open like this I am jumping right to the center, my left foot is going to make a little L shape and it is going to go right into my joint. I am going to fall down on to my left toe and fall forward and front I turn and come up and that is called corkscrew. So we are going to break it down just a little bit further when you jump in, boom, this foot on the left, comes right into your knee joint sticks there like glue also you are tripping yourself you are going to fall right into the left toe, boom, you do not fall on to your knee just on to your toe, put both your hands in front of you to catch and then you push right up. So a little bit faster it looks like this and to the back it looks like this. Right leg jumps left leg comes right into the joint, sticks there like glue go down on your left toe come up and that is what is called the corkscrew. So you are going to jump on to your right foot right into the center, the left leg comes on to the side this foot comes right into your knee joint you are going to fall right into the ball of your left toe come forward the left toe will catch you put your hands directly right in front of you and push to stand up.
