Hi! This is Lady Jules from expertvillage.com and in this lesson I’m going to be teaching you how to get your vertical top rock dance down to the ground and this is where all the fun happens. So you have got to think of creative ways you get down to the ground. First lesson we are going to learn is called the zigzag go down. What you are going to do is think of your legs in a zigzag sheet pattern. Your legs go out to the right left right, almost think of the lightening bolts so it is going to go right left right… again it goes right, left, right. Try to really keep your body over yourself and not stretch it out because you have the tendency to fall backwards. So go right left right. So I am going to add this all together from our basic top rock to the zigzag go down to show you how kind of all goes together. So we are going to start with the basic top rock do two with me and then the zigzag go down. We are going to go one, two and zigzag down, come up again, one, two zigzag down. Alright to the back now we are going to go basic one, two together zigzag down and come up again one, two and zigzag down step up and that is the basic zigzag, go down pattern.
Your instructions make it so easy!
