Hi, I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee and we're here today with Expert Village. This aggression that we've been talking about, where the child is exposed at a early age, the interesting thing about that is they did a research on aggression, and they've even discovered that when a baby is born, what is going on around that baby while it is in uteri, actually will affect it. So when it enters the world, it begins to behave the way that it was in uteri. Now this is new data in this respect that the baby if it has a lot of yelling, harsh, heavy talking, begins to take this on before its even born. Does that tell you how affective anger is? How it impacts us, maybe affective is not the real word but how it impacts us so strongly? Anger is so strong that we can be exposed to it and take it on and wear it and act it out when we're in the workplace. So it's important to know about this, so if you can learn it, you can learn other behavior too. So it's real important for you to know that this aggression can be unlearned and assertiveness can be learned in its place. That's good news to know that you can be assertive instead of aggressive. We'll talk about being assertive the next time.
