Hi I'm Brenda F. Dixon a licensed clinical social worker here in Nashville, Tennessee and we're here with Expert Village today. In our discussion today we're talking about what anger is and how to manage it in the work place. This anger is something that usually it's inherited by the people that you live around, the people that you learn from, this anger is, it's only an emotion. The thoughts are what tell the body how to behave so you can not have anger unless you have the thought first. So the very first thing that comes in to your mind will begin to produce the anger. Now angry can accelerate, it can grow and it can grow, it can grow people have actually said that anger can take on like a craving the more you do it the more you have to do it and it just grows and grows on you. So in the work place it's kind of interesting to know that anger is only an emotion that can be squelched or it can be grown into a bigger higher level.
