Today I will be talking about how to play the Blues in the key of F. I will talk about the origins of Blues and where it comes from which is from early African American music. I will talk about the Blues form. I will go through and talk about the chords in the Blues form and I will talk about the different ways that they are used. I will talk about the scales that are used with these chords to play. I will go over a common theme or head in the Blues and then I will connect that to the solos which is used in the Blues. I will then play though it and go over the entire form so you are comfortable and familiar with playing the Blues in the key of F. Here is an example of some Blues in the key of F.
