Preparing Gravy for Cuban Chicken

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make bake chicken with mojo. Now this chicken has been upside down and baking for a while. I have actually took out all the gravy and I have placed in a bowl and the reason that I did that is so I can even though it is thick I want to drown it a little bit more. There is a method to is so this mojo gravy I want it just to get browner. What I'm going to do is take out the pan and if you move the chicken and then I'm going to place the mojo in there to get brown. So I hear it sizzling right in there. Okay this is good, this is good. You see all those nice bits, those nice brown bits in the pan we are going to incorporate that in the gravy. I'm going to lift it up carefully without trying to break my chicken which is almost breaking in half. You know what is okay if it does, it can happen. You can flip it around just be really careful. See it is nice and brown.
