How to Teach Kids to Play the Triangle

Alright, now we have some triangles and one of the things about triangles besides how fun they are to play is they have all different pitches now the pitch of the music depends on the size of the triangle. A: Now Andrew you have the biggest triangle, do you think it has the deepest pitch or you think it has the highest pitch? B: The deepest. A: The deepest or the lowest right. A: Yes. Samantha you have the smallest, so what kind of pitch do you have? C: High. A: The high one. So mine must be somewhere in the middle because mine is the middle size. So let’s go from low, medium and high, can we do that. One two three… now wait stop, let’s hold this so it always rings when we hold it, so yeah, exactly very good, low, medium high or one two three… Good! Alright, now let’s go from high, medium to low, one, two, three.
