Practice Routines for Korean Martial Art Taekwondo Competitions

Hi! I’m Calab Labarda with Tae Kwon Do Limited and on behalf of expertvillage.com. Check in our website at tkdarizona.com. Today I have Cristin Canover and Michael Luna, they are going to be practicing one of their routines they do and part of the competition team on team on Team Fully Loaded. They are going to be doing that later today in front of a high school with their pep assembly, it’s going to be live tournament. So here we go… He is Michael… This is what their practice looks like and now here is the real thing where they are putting it all, this is called freestyle forms and they are putting all their moves together, right here the boy and the girl, the girl is doing the bow staff and the boy is doing the commas and they just finished doing a routine together. Next part is all the kids return back together, they are doing more of a synchronized routine, they are more of mirroring each other and they are a kind of just do an entrance for the next boy to begin and he is going to do a huge fall apart that he is very good at.
