On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp two ways. Now, I'm going to show you some of the simple equipment you need for both of these shrimp recipes. It's really very, very simple this time. You're going to need chef's knife. I always use my chef's knife, nice and sharp. Paring knife for cleaning and de-veining the shrimp. A whisk for our marinade, a bowl to make the marinades. Marinades, it's two different recipes, two different marinades. Tongs to move the shrimp around in the pan. A spatula to get all of the ingredients out of the little cups. And a nice, sturdy all-clad skillet. This looks well-used and it is, but it's a really, really sturdy skillet. I've had it for years, and that's great. It has a nice, thick bottom so nothing's going to scorch. And those are the equipment that we need for both of our shrimp recipes. In our next clip, I'll show you the ingredients that we're going to use for our prosciutto wrapped shrimp. See you then.
