We are standing at Sun Hoa Long Clinic, in Chinatown, New York City. We are doing some common acupressure points. Instead of using a needle, we apply finger pressure to bring relief to the area. Today we are going to do a point for anything stuffed up sinuses, anything blocking the nasal passages. I am going to have the person locate the point herself. She takes her index finger, she is going to find the outside of her nostrils, go out about 1/2 inch out, have her inhale, and press that point, and hold. She is can rotate, slowly exhale, and you could mess around this point a little bit, go out little bit, find a tender spot. One more time, inhale, press, rotate that area, and relax. That will help open up this whole sinus nasal passage to get a deeper breath inhalation.
