Now that our fruit coating is blended, we're going to take the same pan that we had cooked the chicken in earlier. And we're going to simmer and then boil the fruit mixture. Again, a lot of spices, a lot of the black pepper especially, visibly had come off from the chicken. But, we're not going to lose any of that because now we're going to reincorporate it in. Back up to temperature and then we're going to brew. Now, as we get this to a boil, we're going to put the chicken in. So the chicken is going to, again, it's not fully cooked all the way through, but it will be cooked in this. It will be coated and then it will be cooked again in the beans. Speaking of the beans, the beans are starting to heat up a little bit. So, we're going to stir those and then press some against the side. This will, again, act as a thickening agent.
