Fruit Coating For Spicy Sweet Havana Chicken

Now that the corn starch has dissolved, we're going to make the fruit coating. Earlier, I said to reserve at least half a cup of the vegetable stock, we're going to pour that out, and add it to the corn starch mixture. We're also going to mix in the same amount (a half a cup) of orange juice, and again; a half a cup of rum. You can serve this to children because the alcohol will cook out. I'm also going to add one tablespoon of cumin, one tablespoon of oregano. And again; I said that I was going to use dashes instead of tablespoons. You can measure this out to about two tablespoons of hot sauce. I put about ten small dashes in here. That will mix with everything else; bring a small bit of heat to the back of your throat. We're going to stir this all up until it is well mixed.
