Draining Oil For Cooking Spicy Sweet Havana Chicken

The backside is a little fatter, so the bottom side will look a little bit darker than the top side, but again; that' s all right, because we are going to be cooking this again in the beans. We're going to carefully remove the chicken and place it on a pan. I have kept the can of black beans to use to drain the oil. This is a good way to discard your used oil, instead of dumping it down the sink.
