We are standing in Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York. We we will be doing acupuncture without needles, which is called acupressure. The same points you put a needle to bring about the pain relief we may use with our fingers to apply same amount of pressure, it brings about the same kind of relief. So we will do a point for neck pain. To locate that point, we are going to hold one side of the head, use your thumb, find big bone protrusion right behind the ear, slight thumb down, and you could use the freehand to sort of guide the head down to that point. You can play around it, in different angles, to apply pressure, to bring out relief for all that scaling muscles that connect from the shoulder up to this bone protrusion to bring about any kind of relief to this area, and you could do that on both sides, or you could use your thumb and index finger, and just move it inside and around it.
