Hello, in this segment, we're going to make Chicken Havana. This is a spicy and sweet chicken dish, which is cooked in black beans. The chicken is going to be simmered in orange juice, rum and vegetable stock, after it's seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper. Then the beans are going to be cooked with pimento's and chopped garlic and hot sauce. The idea is that, the rum and the orange juice will expand the flavor one way, to make it sweet, while the hot sauce, will take it the other way to make it spicy. I'm going to use hot sauce and Cheyenne Pepper because Cheyenne pepper has a tendency, it's heat will expand, as your cooking, but the hot sauce should make it so that you have a nice sweet flavor, when you first bite into it, and at the end it should finish with a nice little bit of spice, hopefully at the back of your throat. We're also going to have Cummins and oregano, in this, which should, round out the flavor nicely.
