We are standing in the Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York City at 217 Centre Street. Today we will be doing acupuncture without needles, which is commonly referred to as acupressure. The same point you put a needle on to bring about pain relief, you can also use your finger to bring the same amount of relief. We will do a common point for the neck pain and side of the neck pain. To locate that point we will hold up the arm, bend it at the crease of the wrist, take two fingers from the end of the elbow, and press down on that point. And as we press the point, you are going to have the patient turn the head slightly from side to side, turn to the left, to the right slowly, and keep pressing, as the person keeps rotating, to see if there is any difference on the neck pain. You can do this as long as you want.
