Acupressure Points for Elbow Pain

We are located at the Sun Hoa Long Clinic, which is based in Chinatown, New York City at 217 Centre Street. Today we will be doing acupuncture without needles, which is commonly called acupressure. The same point where you stick a needle on to bring about pain relief, you could also use a finger to bring the same amount of relief. For example we will do a common point for elbow pain, which is what we call golfer’s elbow or tennis elbow. To locate that point, you bend the elbow this way, and if you see that, it will make a “V”. Right at the end of the “V”, you press this center of location. The best way of doing that is to press that point, press and rotate to bring about the pain anything on the elbow up to the shoulder, or release any stagnation, any sore spots in that area.
