I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make Christmas Cranberry Sauce. Oh, that smells good. So now I've put my cranberries on the stove. We're going to add the honey and the apples. Let's stir our cranberries first. Remember they have the orange juice and the orange rind zest in it. So let's stir the cranberries. You want to have it on a medium to medium-high heat. And then you're going to add, you have to add some sort of sweetener. Cranberries are very, very tart. I am adding honey. I like the natural flavor of it. Now this honey has just gotten cold so it's crystallized, but it will melt fine and it will be smooth just like a runny honey. So, get that honey in there. And you want to use a liberal amount, and if you like it a little tart don't use as much. I'm probably going to use about a quarter of a cup of honey in this recipe which is great because I used two bags of cranberries. If you like it more sweet you could use about a half of a cup of the honey. Just get that in there. And you can also taste it afterwards and if it still tastes too tart, you can always add more to it. You can't undo your sweetness. Now add the saut?ed apples as well and stir that all up.
